I’ve outfitted our garage to the extent my patient wife would allow me, the main rule being she’s able to still park her car in the garage when no one is training.  So the equipment used in our programming is limited.  Should interest (e-mail subscribers) in MomWOD grow we will add programming for you to use in your gym.  The links are Amazon affiliate links and are the exact equipment we purchased for the Mom WOD (and my) workouts. Do you need all this stuff? No. The program has a lot of bodyweight movements throughout the programming and you can use what you have available.
