200m run
10 forward lunge steps
10 backward lunge steps
10 air squats

Equipment:
jump rope
dumbbells

AMRAP11 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 11 minutes)
17 dumbbell deadlifts
17 sit-ups
60 jump rope singles
