3 Rounds
20 air squats
10 push-ups
20 jumping jacks

Equipment:
dumbbell

AMRAP20 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes:
30 air squats
20 dumbbell goblet squats (hold one dumbbell close to chest)
10 burpees
20 sit-ups
