200m run/jog
15 jumping jacks
16 lunge steps
16 backward lunge steps
16 toe walks
16 heel walks
12 air squats
10 Push-ups

Equipment:
box (20 inch)

AMRAP20:
As many rounds & reps as possible in 20 minutes
40 box jumps (or step ups)
40 sit-ups
