400m run/jog – go for a quick time

Equipment:
Ab mat
Kettlebell

AMRAP12
As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes
15 kettlebell swings (Russian)
30 Ab mat sit-ups
45 air squats
*shoot for more than 3 rounds
