We have bodies made to move. You don’t need all the trimmings to find time for decent physical self-care. Sometimes you just need to move; and it’s better to practice a good habit poorly, instead of skipping practice all together.

Warm-up:
200m run/jog
15 jumping jacks
16 lunge steps
16 backward lunge steps
16 toe walks
16 heel walks
12 air squats
10 Push-ups

Equipment:
dumbbells
jump rope

For Time:
3 Rounds
15 dumbbell presses (athlete’s choice for weight)
60 single unders jump rope
