Warm-up:
200m run/jog
12 lunge steps (6 each leg)
8 push-ups
arm hugs – 10 each arm on top
arm swings – 10 each arm
10 jumping jacks

Equipment:
Box (20 inch)

AMRAP8:
As many rounds & reps as possible in 8 minutes
10 burpees
10 box jumps or step-ups
10 sit-ups
