1 minute plank hold
10 air squats
10 push-ups
world’s greatest stretch – 5 each side (elbow to instep with rotation)
arm hugs – 10 each arm on top
arm swings – 10 each arm

Pull-up bar

AMRAP 14 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes)
10 knees to elbows (hanging from pull-up bar)
25 air squats
10 kettlebell goblet squats
