Warm-up:
200m run/jog
15 jumping jacks
16 lunge steps
16 backward lunge steps
16 toe walks
16 heel walks
12 air squats
10 Push-ups

Equipment:
Box (20 inches)

AMRAP8 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes)
10 burpees
10 box jumps or step-ups
