200m run/jog
1 minute plank hold
10 air squats
10 push-ups
16 lunges (8 each leg)
arm hugs – 10 each arm on top
arm swings – 10 each arm

Equipment:
none

For Time:
21-15-9 repetitions
jumping jacks
push-ups
