Warm-up:
200m run/jog
15 jumping jacks
16 lunge steps
16 backward lunge steps
16 toe walks
16 heel walks
12 air squats
10 Push-ups

Equipment:
Dumbbells
Box or step (20 inches)

For Time:
5-10-15 repetitions
Dumbbell deadlifts
Box jumps or step ups
