2 Rounds
200m run
10 air squats
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups

Equipment:
jump rope
dumbbells

AMRAP10 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes)
75 single under jump ropes
15 lunges while holding dumbbells
15 push-ups
