200m run
10 forward lunge steps
10 backward lunge steps
10 air squats

Equipment:
box (20 inches)
dumbbells

For Time:
4 Rounds
10 push-ups
10 box jump or step-overs (jump or step on top of the box and then back over)
15 air squats
10 lunges forward while holding dumbbells)
