Warm-up:
2 Rounds
200m run
10 air squats
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups

Equipment:
pull-up bar

AMRAP10 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes)
5 pull-ups*
15 push-ups

*use bands or jumping pull-ups as necessary
