Warm-up:
3 Rounds
20 air squats
10 push-ups
20 jumping jacks
30 second plank hold

Equipment:
jump rope

AMRAP7 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes)
40 single unders – jump rope
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
