10 air squats
10 jumping jacks
10 push-ups
10 arm hugs
10 sit-ups

Equipment:
Kettlebell

AMRAP 11 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 11 minutes)
5 kettlebell deadlifts
15 jump rope singles
5 push-ups
