Warmup
200m run/jog
10 air squats
10 push-ups
16 lunge steps
5 jumping jacks

Equipment:
Barbell

AMRAP 7 (as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes)
5 barbell squats (just the bar)
15 push-ups
