3 Rounds
20 air squats
10 push-ups
20 jumping jacks
1 minute plank hold

Equipment:
dumbbells

For Time:
5-10-15 repetitions
dumbbell deadlifts (part of dumbbell touches ground, full extension of knees and hips at top of movement)
push-ups
