toy soldiers
12 Side Lunges (6 each leg)
3 air squats + 1 Broad Jump (6 times)
10 arm hugs
30 toe walks
30 heel walks

Equipment:
Assault AirBike
Wall Ball (20lbs)

For Time:
3 Rounds
15 cal bike
30 air squats holding wall ball
