You can have a choice. You can throw in the towel or you can use it to wipe the sweat off your face.

Warmup:
200m run/jog
10 air squats
10 jumping jacks
10 push-ups
10 arm hugs
30 toe walks
30 heel walks

Equipment:
box (20 inches)

For Time:
4 Rounds
18 box jumps
18 sit-ups
