200m run
10 forward lunge steps
10 backward lunge steps
10 air squats

Equipment:
20 inch box or step
jump rope

AMRAP8
As many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes
10 air squats
10 push-ups
10 box jumps or step ups
30 jump rope singles
