For this Memorial Day we will all do The Murph. Scale or adapt as necessary. Happy Memorial Day!

Warm-up:
2 Rounds
10 jumping jacks
10 air squats
10 push-ups
5 burpees

Equipment:
pull-up bar

For Time:
Murph or Scaled Murph
This Memorial Day, it is a CrossFit tradition to do the workout called “The Murph” in memory and honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy. You can learn more about him here: The Murph
Be sure to scale the workout to your ability — some do full, half or quarter.
1 Mile Run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 Mile Run

…with a 20lb weighted vest
