12 lunge steps (6 each leg)
8 push-ups
arm hugs – 10 each arm on top
arm swings – 10 each arm
10 jumping jacks

Equipment:
kettlbell

For Time:
5 Rounds
10 kettlebell deadlifts
10 burpees
15 sit-ups
