Give everything but up.

Warm-up:
200m run/jog
12 lunge steps (6 each leg)
8 push-ups
arm hugs – 10 each arm on top
arm swings – 10 each arm
25 jumping jacks

Equipment:
pull-up bar

For Time:
3 Rounds

200m run
10 push-ups
10 pull-ups
