Warm-up:
200m run/jog
15 jumping jacks
16 lunge steps
16 backward lunge steps
16 toe walks
16 heel walks
15 air squats

Equipment:
10lb weight plate or full water bottle (if you’re in a park)

For Time:
3 Rounds
30 lunges with plate or water bottle above head
15 jumping jacks
15 sit-ups
