Warm-up:
200m run/jog
15 jumping jacks
16 lunge steps
16 backward lunge steps
16 toe walks
16 heel walks
15 air squats

Equipment:
Med Ball

For Time:
15-10-5 reps
squats holding med ball (20lb)
sit-ups
