200m run/jog
15 jumping jacks
16 lunge steps
16 backward lunge steps
16 toe walks
16 heel walks
12 air squats
15 jumping jacks

Equipment:
box (20 inch)
wall ball (20lb)

For Time:
4 rounds
15 push-ups
15 box jump overs (step over if necessary)
15 squats holding wall ball
